OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Does this group plan any meet & greets just for us WI moms? Maybe a packer game day or something?

Well the Rentz went out on her trial run after being in dry dock for several months, all good! She's ready for a long deployment. It was the first time my son has ever been on a ship and he loved it. He said it was alot of hard work but I think what he experienced out weighed all of that. Never did get sick, maybe he will be one of the lucky ones. We will see when the seas get rough! Hope everyone had a great holiday!

TerriE - I work in the billing/insurance department but had shoulder surgery in Feb so I had some o/t sessions before i had the surgery.
We didnt really have any issues with the hurricane while I was in SC. There were just warings for the beachs & water-riptides to be careful. However the beach we were going to had alot washed away and some of the parking lot washed away. Needless to say we didnt get to the beach.
Seems cold back here in WI since we had 90's everyday:)

Denise & TerriE - I live in Elk Mound and work at Midelfort Clinic. Lunches are hard for me but I too have a rather free schedule most of the time at night or on weekends.
We are in SC for power school graduation.
