Thats Good Simply JRB! I dreaded the box and I told hubby not to open it but he did; while I stood there and cried. I still do just thinking about it. Not sure why though.

My computer doesn't like sending e-mails today.....So I'm hoping I can do it this way. The one that signed him up a year ago, his first name was Tom. The current one, his first name is Louis. Hope that helps. I know I tried to reply to your message the other day, but my computer must have freaked out again.

Jim's Mom - hang in there it will get better. My son is at bootcamp now and has been there 3 weeks today. I have received the form letter and one other letter. He called me when he first got there and when he needed some information regarding his school other than that no other communication. I am waiting patiently. This site is wonderful everyone is so supportive and it's great because I would not have know anything that was going on if it wasn't for everyone on here.

Jim's Mom, it is perfectly okay for you to have a "pity party". It's hard having a son or daughter join the service, probably one of the hardest things a mom has to do. You will get though this in time. And remember we are here for you to support and just listen when you need us. That is what makes this site so great. If not for all the wonderful moms on here I would never have survived the 8 weeks Jake was in BC. Now that he is in A-school it is so much better. So cry, worry and pray.......but in the end he will be fine and you will see him again before you know it.

Thanks all. I really needed to really those posts this noon. I got in to work today & found a mess that only seems to be getting worse & bigger. To add to it, it is partly my fault. I'm really upset with myself right now! We still have received no call from him. I'm just a complete mess & basket case. I thought throwing myself into my work would be the best & would help; it hasn't. Sorry, for the whole "pity party".
