Jill, my Dad lives 2 blocks straight west from the pool and my sister lives in Mahler Park off of Bell Ave. I went to grade school at St Margaret Mary and walked to school most of the time. I know that area well.

A big welcome to you Lisa--I'm in Green Bay and my son is waiting orders to ship out. He's an EM and still in GL can't wait to get out of there. Check out the calendar for June 5th, we are having a get together if you are able to make it. Good luck to your daughter, that's great to hear she loves what she's doing.

Hi Lisa, is nice to meet you! Hope we can all become good friends. My daughter is at boot camp right now, PIR on 6-11-10. Would love to meet you sometime if you are passing through Chetek.

Jill my Dad and sister live in Neenah so I drive up there pretty often.

wi-mom, we actually live just a mile south of Chetek. Is beautiful area here and am glad I can drive to my daughter's PIR on 6-11-10. My son is a marine and his boot camp graduation was in San Diego 2 years ago.

I have sent a few Moms in WI messages so I hope to hear from them soon, but love hearing anything here at this group either way.

Glad to meet you Mary, not many have heard of Omro. My son is stationed on Whidbey Island, WA currently deployed on the Eisenhower. He's been in about 9 months and loves it.
