Hi girls, I came back to Wisconsin for work if you can believe that lol......Florida is a nice state but is being hit much harder the up here economically. I am in Appleton near 441, I am interested in a get together of the area mom's. I spoke with my sailor a couple of nights ago and he will be "off line" for about 3 weeks. I might get to see him in April this would work well for the whole family because they are up here not in Florida......empty nest is a challenge!! Love to all and cheese beer and the packers have never looked so good!!!

Oh my goodness it is cold and soo much ice on the roads!!!! Yes a crazy Tampa Bay Navy Mom is now a Wisconsin Navy mom.....arrived the saturday before Christmas easy travel until Chicago and then omg 40 mph the whole way to the Foxvalley area!! Found a part time job so far still looking for a full time one, talked to my sailor tonight after dinner with my older 2 sons and family, I always thought this time in my life would be less challenging, well ladies......the challenges are just different not easier. As you can all understand, for some reason tonight I really wish Donovin was up here as well as the rest of the tribe. Ok enough of the emotional stuff.......HELLO Wisconsin mom's!!!!

Hello all of you shivering ladies! I will be on my way back to the Fox Cities in less than 2 weeks! If we could wish for at least clear roads that would be a great holiday wish. For the first time I will be there for christmas with my many grandchildren and older 2 sons. I am looking forward to seeing old high school friends!! I even have a job interview waiting for me!! I will miss my sailor but he will be on leave in California with his girl who is a Master at Arms. Last year was hard for me and I do hope all of you going through your first holidays without your sailors get through it ok! I think the only thing that got me through was work.....I asked to be scheduled for those days but it was still tough. At least your kids are in the Navy that is a wonderful thing.

Hello all, I am headed back to snow country from the palm trees! My son just left to report back for duty in VA. I will be back up there by January, This move means that when my son comes home to FL I will not be here so this goodbye was very difficult. I will be in the Appleton area so if any one is in that area let me hear from you!!!
