Hello all :) My husband has been in Yokosuka since last June. We had our daughter last October and just got married about a month ago. Luci and I are already enrolled in DEERS and on Tricare. He has to file our marriage certificate and then we will start the process to move over depending on how long command sponsorship takes. I am really nervous that we have overlooked some detail that will delay our move. I was told that our family doctor is in the Tricare Prime network and is allowed to do our overseas screenings. Does anyone know where to find the forms to print off for him to fill out? Also, if you have any tips or advice for getting over there sooner, for the move, or what to do when we get there then just let me know :)

misslauuali we got one when my son left. But for when they return it is probably up to the airline. It is an international flight so probably not because they have to check passports and stuff. If it is a 2nd flight originating in the us they may let you in.

Welcome Billynury, my son is also in Yokosuka.  I hope your son is liking it there.  I don't know if I can answer any questions, but will be happy to try.  Talked to my son last night.  I love getting his phone calls.  He was happy he had received my packages, and that made me very happy.   Will be sending Girl Scout cookies to him as soon as I find some to purchase.   Hope you are having a great day. .

welcome Nury my son just got to Japan on Jan 5th. He just had the orientation class last week. He is liking it so far. What job does your son do and is he assigned to a ship or shore duty? I also live in Florida but up out of Jacksonville.
