Yes, time has gone by very fast and to look at our sailors of 1 year moms is such a wonderful feeling. Keep our family safe and Sailors Too. I will never never forget the experience with you all and support. To know that we were not friends but linked together because of a cause of love and support. I believe that will always be a friend no matter what. Happy Blessings to us all 2012. Our sailor is graduating from C school now in San Diego. WR Ranch Wilson and Renie
A year ago today we were all together watching our children graduate.....
In the freezing cold and this year highs of 50?? ha ha
Wow! What a year it has been! Hope everyone is doing well and your sailors are on an adventure of a lifetime!
Mine was home for Christmas from Japan :)
This has been a long year, but actually, it has went by quite fast. So many different schools and new adventures. So many new worries. I thought boot camp was bad. My son is doing his SERE training this week. I won't get to talk to him for a week. I don't know how I survived boot camp. Well, I made it then and I can do it again. He has matured a lot in the past year. I am soooo proud of him.
One year ago today our babies/husbands/boyfriends arrived in GL.They were total strangers....as we were. Over the next 8 weeks they learned the importance of TEAMWORK...as we did . Here we are today....our babies/husbands/boyfriends....brothers in arms..as we are 'sisters in arms."
THANK YOU ALL for being my extended family <3
