OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

judy being a nurse i knew right off the bat that either i had lymes or fibromyalgia. you feel like you have the flu and ever muscle in your body hurts or you feel like you have been ran over by a mac truck. i went to a rheumy and a shrink and the shrink did more for me than the rheumy. the new med lyrica helps a lot if you can take it. these supplement that i came accross have helped me more than anything i have stopped just about alll my meds if you want more info please just let me know. i know how you feel when no body knows the pain that we deal with on a daily basis

sure i get these supplements for a chiropractor in texas they are DaVinci which is a high powered vitamin that you take twice a day, CoQ10 TAKE 1 TIME A DAY, ATP plus with magnesium hydroxide and malic acid take this 3 times a day , D-RIBOSE dietary supplement that is taken twice a day. i was to the point i could nort put my feet on the floor or pick up a coffee cup. i still have some muscle discomfort but nothing like it was befor. i have more energy, they have been a heaven sent. them month supple is about $200.00 a month i was spending 3 times that much on meds that did nothing for me except cause me to have liver problems. this doctor that i get these from is only out to help people. they can also be used by people with lupus. if you want more info on how t get them please just let me know. i would not recommend then if they did not help. i know how we suffer and anything that will help is worth sharing
