DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi Sallie, Welcome to the group.  I recommend that you scroll down through the notes here, and find the email address for the ombudsman.  They will be able to assist you in getting the correct information, as we cannot discuss specifics of time or ship movements, even within this group.
My husband and I, like the rest of you, have also been glued to the news, however, you still have to be careful digesting everything you hear, good or bad.....

I'm new to the group, and heard the good news today.  If anyone could email me @ rischsj@yahoo.com when you find out definite plans please, I would appreciate it.  We are from north of Pittsburgh and its an 8 hour drive to Norfolk.  I need to book a motel again as soon as possible.  And maybe get vacation days at work.  Our prayers have been answered ladies!!!!
