t looks like your div will have PIR on 09/16/2011. I notice you form a group with the title Ship2 Div 944 9-17-09.  When you click on the Ship2 Div944 group, you'll see the line that starts with "http://www.navyformoms.com/group/ship2div944pir91709" - this is the internet address of your group.

Would you start a ANOTHER group with the title "PIR 09/16/2011"?  Be sure you put the "PIR09162011" on the group internet address when you are creating the group - this is really important because you want the title and the address to coincide as much as possible. Typically, an open group for all division is the most useful. Then a discussion is started within the larger group as a discussion. Most groups have found that to be the most useful - eliminating separate groups for each division. Of course, you can have two groups - if that is what you want. Welcome to Navy For Moms.
