Hello all, hope all is well. My husband left for boot camp last Wednesday. I did receive a call when he got to Chicago. How soon would I receive a letter?
Hey I just seen you reply to my post about hearing back from a recruit, I did get a 30 minute phone call last Saturday and it was on a pay phone so it’s kinda hard to hear them and that was on the 3rd week. I got my husband’s address from his recruiter and I got his ship number and division number from sandbox but his recruiter should be able to give the ship and division to you so you shouldn’t have to wait for a letter to get his address my husband said he sent me letters from the second week but I still haven’t gotten any hand written letters just a letter about insurance and I got that in the 4th week but hopefully they allow them to call every week I’ll keep you updated if they do call weekly. And I hope this helps just remember this is only temporary 💙
