I downloaded the booklet, thank you. My sailor is deploying first time, as a reservist with a CR unit. Trying to figure out best way to support him and 10/14 year old kids. Any thoughts ideas greatly appreciated. Also, he's supporting a unit, so no local obudsman that I'm aware of. That being said, the group in Va seems great and active! Wish we were closer. :)
