To everyone with a loved one at RTC or soon to be there, we say, "Welcome!"  To those who are sticking around after PIR to help those who are just beginning this awesome journey, we say, "Thank you!"

**BEGINNING OCTOBER 5, 2023, RECRUIT GRADUATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED EVERY THURSDAY (NO LONGER ON FRIDAY), EXCEPT FOR THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING, WHEN GRADUATION IS ON WEDNESDAY.

This is a place to talk, ask questions, and share stories. It is our desire that this Group will provide the information, encouragement, and support you need while your loved one is at RTC in Great Lakes. Enjoy your time here and feel free to Comment and join in the Discussions.     ANavyMom- I just did this so I will say if you drive and I think it’s a better option than uber because I don’t where they can drop you off. “Maps” took us a weird way which led us right into the traffic jam. If you take Buckley Road ( this is the road that you will use to pick up your tickets at the exchange) you will make a right turn at this intersection that is the source of the traffic jam. It may or may not be a time saver; but it did seem like the cars were at least moving regularly.

    Hello dear moms. I wanted to share a thing. My son told me on the last phone call that there are a few things I can order for him from Amazon and to make his life a little easy. Things that he asked and are allowed were:

    1.  cough drops like 300 (the whole division is coughing and they all share them)

    2. Inserts for shoes ( since they are super very uncomfortable)

    3. Covers for eyes for the night time (there is kinda red light waiving above their heads 😀.

    I just received a letter that the package arrived.  Anyway, just wanted to share. Absolutely not sure about other things but I know they feed them well
