Best Neighborhoods

Hi, 
  Just wondering what the best neighborhoods/areas to live in in Portsmouth, we want to be close to the Naval Hospital as that's where he'll be working! Thanks!

    I would get on the waiting list for white hurst housing. Those are nice and big homes. The wait is about 5 months. We live on JFSC and that's the only housing on an actual base. Ben Morell is right by the NEX and those are also nice.
