Immunization Recods needed for Boot Camp?

From your experience have the recruits needed their immunization records brought with them to BC?

I see it listed on items to bring and I see mixed feedback on previous comments in years past that the records were used or taken into account when they administered shots.

Your recent experience?

Our son's recruiter told us we didn't need to get them for our son.  He's set to graduate this week, so it hasn't been an issue.

It's better to have all the info instead of not enough. I got my daughter's shot record before she left MEPS for her that way she wouldn't be given extra shots that she may have had already or not needed. If they don't have the record they will just give them all the shots they have there to give most likely, because I don't see them waiting on shots records to be mailed to hold up there routine of vacations and processing. So, if he didn't have the records, shots away.

I never supplied any immunization records for my son nor did he take any with him. I do believe they get lots of immunizations at boot camp :)
