Has anyone else's SR gone through the PASS class? Mine started this week; he's had a rough go with a talkative ship and he's taking it to learn how to let go of the "big brother" trying to keep everyone out of trouble...and getting into trouble because it's not his job. It's also pushed his PIR a week, and I don't want him to feel defeated. From what I can find, success rate and all of that is really good, but I am at the, "helpless mom, can't help but worry," stage of BC. Any tips or reassurances would be helpful!
ETA: I moved this to a thread, because I finally figured out how to do that! LOL

I am not familiar with the "PASS" class. Maybe someone else knows and will respond.
