Description

My son arrived at RTC on 11/15/11.  His current contract has him as a Mineman and I am looking to see if there are any other Mineman Moms out there that have sons/daughters who are going in or have just arrived!  Mineman is such a small community that it is hard to gather information about the rate, and would like to hear stories or talk about what our children are doing!

Leaving for bootcamp Oct 8 2014

Hi all… my son is leaving for bootcamp on Oct 8 .. he is going to be a mine man.. any information would be very generous.. as far as schooling and the job itself.. I have another son who is a 2nd class petty officer in the nuke field.. mm2 .. things seemed different 3 years ago.. when he went in..

    After BC he will probably stay at GL for 6 weeks for ATT school. After that he may go to San Diego for A school and C school. Total of 7 months school...approx.

      Hello FREEBIRDS6819, I was wondering how your son ended up doing and where he ended up getting stationed after the Mineman A school in San Diego ? My son heads to bootcamp this coming Wednesday and his rate is Mineman.
