I was talking to my son last night. He is looking for places to live in Everett. Do you have any good advice about what is good or close to base. They are even thinking of buying something as they are both excited about being in the area. How is the housing market there? Any information or advice would be helpful since they don't know the area. Thanks! Debbie
Thank you for being so welcoming to the community. My son is leaving Rhode Island today and hoping to be here late tonight or tomorrow morning. He will be here until Dec. 24 and then taking the train to Washington. His wife, will actually meet him in Washington in late Feb. or early March. She is teaching in South Korea while he is doing these schools. So they are really excited about settling in Washington after the new year. I will give him your message. This time will go so fast - and he'll be on the train before we know it. His sister just had back surgery yesterday so it is a crazy busy time right now. Which class is your son in? When will he finish OCS? Has he found others who will be there for the holidays? Better go - last day of school! We'll keep in touch.
