A little about me:: I have been married for almost 25 years and I'm the Mother of 3 Boys. I work at UNC in Chapel Hill and am a huge Tarheel fan! I am very active in my Church and a program called Angel Food Ministries which is a program that can help everyone with their grocery bill each month!

When I heard “Navy,” I...: Was proud and encouraged it
The Navy offers opportunities that...: Philip began talking about a military career during his sophmore year of high school. After talking with the military recruiters at his high school he chose the Navy. When his recruiter came to talk with us we found him to be very upfront and honest with us about life in the Navy.
Our Navy experience so far...: It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Grasshopper, check out my pictures. I took some pictures of the performing band at my son's PIR on 1-8-10. I hope one is of your son. I only posted one, but took three, I think. Not sure. If you don't see your son, let me know and I will post the others, if they have a different view.

Would you like to meet up with NavyBlue and I in Garner? We're looking at Sat 3/27? She's in Clayton, I'm in Raleigh - do you know of any place that would be convenient for all 3 of us? I don't know the area too well yet.
