I am the mother of 3 wonderful children and 4 beautiful grandchildren. My youngest child left for BC on the 6th of Aug. My husband and I retired from the Army in 2002 and, even though I am a little apprehensive about our youngest being so far away, we both are extremely proud and supportive of the decision.

My husband and I are both Navy vets and even I was a little apprehensive when my daughter left for boot in 08. She is out now, but her twin sister is in her 5th week of OCS training.
