Get a head start during boot camp by joining groups for, and learning about, your Sailor's occupational specialty and "A" School; and later your Sailor's duty station and/or Navy ship and homeport. You can also join groups for your own state, region or home town and interests from getting ready for deployment to care package ideas!

I see you recently joined the Moms of Daughters 2 group and I want to welcome you!! We are a close, friendly, supportive group of Moms and look forward to getting to know you and your sailor. Please feel free to jump in and join our conversations on our group page. You can ask any questions you may have, talk freely about your feelings, fears or concerns, or just chat about life. We are all in different phases of our daughters Naval careers - from newbies to those whose daughters have been in for several years - from officer to enlisted!!! We support all our sailor girls and each other as well. Not just during the Bootcamp days but the weeks and months following, as they go off to school, first duty station, or first deployment. ID social, and a very small address book that can fit inside the wallet with addresses and numbers. and a cell phone so she can call you with the I'm here call as they do not have phones for them to use. if you have any other questions please reach out and I or anyone can help.

Divisions419and420are brother divisions and train together and will haveBattle Stations-21 (BST)together, so lookfor others with loved ones in either division. Write to your recruit and askwhenBattle Stations-21 (BST)will be so you willknow when to expect the "I'm a Sailor!" call.
Hi, Stephanie,my navy taxi.com have loads of info and tips,the meet and greet on the day before graduation is there....they make a table for each division. Just remember where I saw it
You'll be able to spend time with Madison from after PIR on Friday, around 10:30 until around 21:00/ 8:00pm then she has to be back on Base in enough time to walk to her Ship. Then she'll leave about 0100-0300/1:00am-3:00am in the morning to go to the airport...At least, that was my Sailors schedule. Good News you can meet her there a spent some time until her plane leaves.

Divisions 419 and 420 are brother divisions and train together and will have Battle Stations-21 (BST) together, so look for others with loved ones in either division. Write to your recruit and ask when Battle Stations-21 (BST) will be so you will know when to expect the "I'm a Sailor!" call.
