I read your comment about crying and it struck a cord with me. It has been 3 was since my son left. The first week was the worst, cried a lot! It does get better, especially after the first letter. The support of the other Moms on this site was amazing! I just read all I could to get as informed as I could. It is the "no contact" that is so hard. My son's twin left for college a week ago and I did fine with that, but I can (and have) talked to him every day! Cry if you need to- it is cleansing and a Moms prerogative! LOL- but it does get easier, I will pray for you and your heart to be asked. We are all here for each other!
Blessings to you and have a good weekend.....

I have had others compare it to college too....and you are absolutely right- it is the no communication that is hard. I thought it would not be a "big deal", but I was way wrong....my SR is a twin and my other son went to college and I am doing fine with that....BUT I talk to him almost every day....I think I cried for 3 days straight! It has gotten better each day...and it will for you too....hang in there!
