A little about me:
My boyfriend, Andrew, and I have been together for two years. We met through a mutual friend and have been pretty much inseparable since that day. He left for bootcamp at Great Lakes on November 3rd, after which he will go to A School in Charleston to be a Navy Nuke. I am very proud of him for making this decision, as it is the best one for him as well as us as a team.

As for myself, I am extremely busy as a first year graduate student studying Speech-Language Pathology. While Andrew is going through all of his schooling, I will be doing the same. We'll just be a little further apart than we were originally planning.

I think this will be an amazing adventure and I cannot wait to embark on it with the man that I love. And, of course, I am already excited to start shopping for an outfit to wear to graduation! :)

Just looked up your town--you are about an hour from me.  Can meet you anytime you shop at St Clair square!  or find a half way point for us!

Yeah:)  glad the Captain's Cup meeting in Belleville information was helpful.  So, as I understand, your sweetie is in bootcamp and you get to have some time with your Andrew through the bootcamp adoption.  That's neat!

When you are ready to pass on some love, come join us at http://www.navyformoms.com/group/mollysadoptasailorproject.  We adopt different groups each month.  Think you may have seen the pillowcases we make, too. Or, we also adopt a MASH hospital and send them some simple needs.  All sorts of areas.  I know I started doing Molly's while my Andy was still in bootcamp.

Let me know if you need anything else!
