    Hey Sis -

We had a good time with Cody.  Took him out to eat last night to eat seafood (Copeland's); then came back and visited with him until about 10:00.  We all went to bed.  We got up this morning.  Got to MEPS about 8:45; sat around and watched movies for awhile.  Then he was sworn in.  We sat around alittle more.  Around 11:00, the shippers all went in to eat lunch.  We decided we would go ahead and leave.  I hugged his neck and said bye; got in the car -- we went and ate; did a little shopping.  Everyhing seemed fine; then we pulled in the driveway here at the house and I broke down.  I'm doing "okay" -- it will get better.  I'm thinking maybe I didn't hug him enough; I didn't get to spend enough time with him... there's never enough time.  But it is what it is...  he's gone!  Now, I'm counting for December 2nd.

    Love you!
