The Navy builds character and tries to help the sailor become successful. We have a long line of Navy veterans in our family and our granddaughter is continuing in that tradition. She is awaiting "A" school orders for South Carolina.

I saw a comment you had a few weeks back about ship 4. My son started BC on 8/29 and was set back for two weeks based on a test as well (not PT though). We just heard from him on Friday, 9/26 and he was just now assigned to a new division. His orginal date was 10/26 now his PIR is 11/16. He will be at BC a total of 11 weeks. He said it's all good though. I wrote to him at Ship 4.
