Hi Pat, oh, boy -- I'm going to e-mail Tammy because I have us down to get together on the 3rd!!  But my brain is totally unreliable these days!   I'm also glad to hear you say it gets easier.  I've always felt it would.  We'll get the date sorted out.  I can go on the 10th if that's what the date really is!   Looking forward to seeing you/catching up.  Helen

Pat - same hotel, flight and rental car place...so funny!  At least we can follow each other and if get lost, we're not alone!  I am bringing my GPS.  I am traveling alone so I am glad to know someone along the way.  I have done a lot of traveling but its always nice to know someone in a strange place.  Just finished packing.  Tight suitcase.  Bringing a change of clothes for my son (so he can shower at hotel and relax in sweats), and his own boxers for A school, his phone and junk food (he asked for his fav junk food, and I ran out to buy it......yes there is Walmart right in town, didn't think of it at the time!).  Think I was so excited to buy something he wants!   I booked the last direct flight home Sat. night at 7:30pm.  If he flies out earlier, I'll try to get on an earlier flight.  Want to stay with him at the airport until he leaves.  Thats great you'll get to see family on Sunday.  My ex's family is in IL but I really don't want to see them (hahaha).  Getting more excited as time passes.  Think tomorrow will be a long day for us!

Pay - I know right!  Crazy, probably was looking at another flight and had that in my mind. I just rebooked a rental car on Enterprise.  Are you renting a car or is Sarge picking you up?  I don't think I will be sleeping much tonite either.  Heading to pack now.  Hate the thought of bringing a heavy coat but high of 36 for the next few days, guess we'll need coat, scarf and gloves!

Hi Pat, just realized we are flying into Midway, don't know why I thought it was Milwaukee, need to change the rental car tonite.  Unreal, so much going on and to worry about!  See you in the morning!  Bright and early!

Hi Kelly's Mom - are you flying or driving to PIR?  I fly out of Green at 6:15am Thursday morning on Southwest.  I am going alone.  Hope to meet you at Sarge's Thursday night.  Safe travels.

Kelly's Mom,

Well HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!  So glad you got your letter.  It really is nice when we can finally hear from them.  Let us know if you become a postal carrier stalker like the rest of us have been!!!!!!  It does get a little easier but there will always be those moments when a song, a commercial on tv, or something someone says will make us just burst into tears!!!  It just means we are loving and caring moms and I'd rather be that way then any other!!!  Navy hugs to you  {{{ . . }}}
