OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Thanks for the reply, best of luck and prayers for your family. I spent 6 great years in the Navy, obtained a degree and became a Respiratory Therapist, Sarah joining was out of the blue but something she really wanted to do, she made me proud(er)

Take Care,

Clemmis

Navy Dad,
I have a daughter in 327, after BC she will travel to San Antonio for A school. I love that town. I lived there for a year and worked for KCI for 6 years and traveled to SA at least monthly. I was very happy Sarah would be in SA. From the photo I assume you have 5 great kids. We have six.

Regards,

Clemmis

Made reservations at Homewood suites. Same price, more room, NO shuttle, indoor pool, hot breakfast. Can cancel, but reserved because I was not sure of availability. I got a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with a king/ 2 dbls/ living kitchen at 149 a night for 4 adults, AND a 1 bedroom suite, 2 dbl beds, sofa living/ kitchen with full fridge for 79 per night for 2 adults.

Have you made sure to remind Chris to fix his guest list?

Josh won't let me buy him a plane ticket, i found great deals, but he wants to fly standby. He is leaving Wed and so are Dad and I. Georgios arrives Thursday. We all leave Monday.

Welcome, Dad. Glad to have you here. I also have my phone glued to me. Just to hear my son's voice will be a natural high. I have made a list of questions to ask, if we have time. Hope you get your call today, too.
