OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I haven't gotten a call. I ran away from home over the weekend, didn't take my laptop and was off line from Fri am until late last night. I looked at Fri PIR pics and I was ok with it,( better than I thought). I think I am over my pity party and ready to move on,haha. A call from him would be wonderfull, I haven't talked to him at all since he has been gone except the I'm here call and the I didn't make it call, so I would really love to talk to him to just see what is happening. For some reason, I do feel like a load has been lifted off my heart and I'm taking that a good sign. Do you facebook?

When did you get your call? I got mine at 8pm Wednesday night after worrying all day about whether he pass BS. He didn't even go to BS and I was already on my way there. I was gonna drive and it's over 700 miles from here.
