OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi Michelle!

We are having a packing party!!  WOOYAA.  Helen has a place and she is working on a date.  I hope that you will plan to come and meet some of us.

If you look at the MA Navy Moms page you'll see some talk about it. I put down some ideas, but would love to have some new ones.  So jump in and add your thoughts.  It'll be great to have some new input.  No pressure tho ... lol

More definite details will be coming up soon. I'll try to keep you up to date on everything, but do check the page and join the discussion.

Hope to meet you IRL,

Donna

Hi Michelle!  Just wanted to stop by and say hello.  I know that you are new to MA Navy Moms, so I wanted to get in touch with you to see if you would like to be involved in the Christmas adoption and if so, what you might like to do.  I know it is weird planning for the holiday in Oct. but we have to be ready to meet the deadline for shipping so that the sailors will have their packages there for Christmas morning.  Let me know your thoughts - and besides I would really like to get to know you better.  I will send you a friend request so we can PM too if you'd prefer.

Have a great day!

Hugs,

Donna
