Shelia, How long was A school for HT? and did you say they go to the fleet after A school?
and for ATF where is C school.
Hi Shelia, I'm down in South Jersey, in Mount Laurel. I'm having a get together on Sunday November 4th. Would you like to join us? Are you on Facebook too? If you are you can friend me there at https://www.facebook.com/beth.hofstein. Look forward to getting to know you too!
There isn't an order form really. you just send me the list of things on the email I sent you. Let me know if you didn't receive that message. It should be in your inbox on the top right side of your page. I will send it again now just in case you didn't get it.
Lora
You sis in law lives here? Is she complaining about the heat too? LOL. I'm from Mass originally, only here for 6 years. It feels like I moved 3 feet from the sun.
Whatever info you need, I will certainly do my best to get for you. I'll inbox you my name so you can find me on FB too. I still haven't gotten a phone call yet. I'm ready to slap him when I see him, just for making me wait. Steven set up his direct deposit the day before he shipped off. He did all of his paperwork then. In his letter he said he was in a great division, that everyone worked as a team. I'm grateful for that. He's actually doing very good. Div 350, I'm guessing the 2 are brother divisions. Where is he shipping to after PIR? He goes to Groton for Sub school. From what it seems like, it depends on where your A school is. I haven't sealed today's letter yet. I can ask him how he found out about liberty. He'll probably get that before he picks up a phone and calls me. I'm so excited for you that you did hear from him!!!!
Actually, he is still on this "ship" at RTC, Great Lakes. His PIR is next week Friday the 23rd. He will then be going to Groton, CT for A-school as a STS (sonar technician submarine). He says that he will not actually be on active duty for likely another year or so.
Thank you so much!! Not a whole lot to do, just monitor the site. Veteran mom,Fireteamleaderwife, has been my mentor. She walked me through the process.
I will forward this to her, and she will explain everything.
Thanks again-
Judi
