OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I didn't know what I.T. meant, so I called her recruiter, he told me that it meant intense training, that's why we haven't heard from them.. I didn't want to hear that, but she said there are some that don't want to listen, so they all get punished.. which is sad.. That's why they haven't recieved their letters yet.. I hope you get one tommorow!!  My daughter asked for me to send her stamps too.. talk to you later,,
