I have not made any reservations yet. I thought I should wait on Jacob's form letter with his PIR date. I don't want to have to change everything if they have different PIR dates. Are you staying at the Navy Lodge?
I agree, having two at once is confusing & I'm only following the one PIR group right now.

Since both of your SR's are at the RTC, you can change "Waiting to leave for Boot Camp" above to "Enlisted." Join the group PIR 10/11/2013 TG 48 to connect with others with loved ones training with your SR and let others in the Cardinal Navy Company of August 15, 2013 group that that is the PIR group for Division 383. Thanks.

Hi! It's nice to meet you. Yes, I saw you were in Beardstown, not far from Peoria. We are staying at the Navy Lodge. They had the best prices. When I booked on Saturday, they didn't have any suites left, but booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my parents. The reviews are pretty good on tripadvisor. Our sons are same ship and division! Again, nice to meet you. Have a great day!

Nice to meet ya! Did you get a call yet? I haven't. We barely just received the for letter yesterday and the kid box earlier in the week.

Hello cathymg, I was so happy to finally hear from another mom who has a member of the cardinal company.  Robert is my middle son and my second son to join the Navy.  I know it will be a great time but I know I will cry.  We are staying in the Dury hope to meet you while we are there.

Welcome to Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones); I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Be sure to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) beginning with OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes To Your Profile); you may want to make changes 3 and 4. Since you have an SR at the RTC, you can change "Waiting to leave for Boot Camp" above to "Enlisted."  I see that your SR will go to "A" School for AC, join Sailors In Pensacola, FL For A School....Corry Station too!! and Parents of A SchoolSailors in Pensacola in addition to the groups you have already joined.  The Rating Information Card for AC can be found at https://www.cool.navy.mil/enlisted/rating_info_cards/ac.pdf. Your Sailor will most likely fly out to "A" School the day after PIR. See PIR Day and Liberty During PIR Weekend to help you know how to plan your weekend. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
