Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I thought that your Username was familiar. I hope you and your Sailor are doing well.

Make changes 3 and 4 at the bottom of OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) (clickable link). There may be other changes you need to make as well, so read and consider each of the changes.

My daughter is Tyler. She is port section watch leader.  My default pic is of her on the cruise that my mom took her on as a graduation gift before bootcamp.  She will be heading to Pensacola for A school for Information Systems.  She has a cousin who PIR'd a few weeks ago and he is already there.  I told him that he had to keep an eye on her!!  :)  She's a wonderful daughter and makes us all so very PROUD!!

I told Deborah about the group that has the names of some SR's that aren't receiving mail. It's in the boot camp moms discussions. It is really sad to think some could be there without anyone!
