OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Diana, I see you're from Gillespie...small world. Your "son" must have gone through the Collinsville recruiting station. Matt went through Springfield (his choice). He has been a DEPPER since Jan...NUKE.

I'm back in CA now and we didn't get to meet! :( I trust you had a wonderful reunion with your son! It was soooooooooooo incredible to see Andrew and see him with his wife and son. The military is for him. It really shows. I'm on Sub Moms now........Andrew goes to Groton Connecticut on Wednesday for BESS training (another bootcamp: sub style) and then to A-School there. Remind me....where is your son going? Take care, Diana!

Oh, sorry....It is the U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command site. Hope that helps and under discussions you will find our boys ship and div and then you can see the post made by the twins mom.

Hi Yes, I too, dont get on here that often but I do read the post. No not many 313's on here. The twins mom is on the Navy site on face book and she contacted me once. It seems both of our Kyle's sleep across from each other and are friends. If you get on face book, on the nvay site there is a ship 3 div 313 group. Not much is said on it. Very small. I can not believe that it is almost over! woohoo!! I bet they are sooo excited! I am glad the gas chamber is over now. I know Kyle was worried about that. Wonder how they did?? Well, stay strong we are almost there...Have a great day!
