DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

I meant to ask, how was PST last week?

Got a real letter yesterday.  He's doing fine, although I can't tell that he actually likes it yet.  They get to sleep in on Sundays (til 6) and get free time until 1:00.  That's when they can write letters.

1. First is to study the entire survival guide. I know it's dull. I wrote and if I had to read it, it'll put me to sleep too. But I guarantee you understand things a lot more if you do.

2. Secondly, use the "SEARCH" feature in blog and forums to find previous posted comments. On your own page, you can find discussions and blogs on which you have posted.  See kdelrossii123's icon (gray shroud), just underneath you'll see Blog, Discussion, etc. For example, on here there is nothing next to Discussion, Blog - this means kdelrossi123 has not commented on any discussions or blogs.

3. Go post some comments on Forum Discussions and on the Blogs.  You can even start some Blogs yourself.

4. Kdelrossi has not joined any groups. Go join some of the groups I have listed in the survival guide.

jde937, I am going to repeat this post on your comment wall.

Hi Kelly - I'm having some trouble (too?) figuring out this comment section.  I can't seem to find things after the first time I read it.  I put your number in my phone, I would like to meet for coffee sometime.  My number is 919-454-4409.  Wes leaves on the 21st - its getting really close:(

Hi Kelly,

Its nice to hear from you!  I'm Judy, and my son, Wes leaves for basic training in 2 1/2 weeks.  I'm trying to find out as much as I can about the basic training and logistics of the graduation.  Wes spent a couple of years at UNCW before he decided it wasn't for him.  Maybe we can help each other out!

We have a Survival Guide for Navy For Moms Newbie (clickable link). You'll find everything you need to get started. Videos, PDF files of boot camp processing days, links to all the important groups plus tips on how to use this site. Keep in mind the videos and PDF files may take some time to download the first time you try it. It'll look like nothing is happening. Be patient. Best part is it'll be here on your very own page as a reference. Click the MY PAGE tab on above menubar to access your page anytime - you should do it at least once a day to see if you have any postings on your comment wall (like this one). Good luck.

BunkerQB,
