OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi there, I am hoping I can answer some of your questions. Now that my son is out of boot camp, I help new "mom" and other close family/friends of recruits with all their questions. My son is also going to A-School in Pensacola (Corry Station actually) and I can try and guide you there as well. I sent you a "friend" request, look in upper right corner to accept it.
