OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Thank you ladies for your support he is in South Carolina at a Behavioral Health Center. Talked to him today and ne does't remeber anything. They had him on Zoloft and then added Wellbrutrin and that tipped him over the edge. They just sent him back to base with the meds and didn't monitor him at all. oh and a sleeping pill too. He said that they just check him to see if the meds are working and have them meet for group therapy 4 times at day. He told me that he put his dad and I on as able to speak to the doctors. Hipa law. I am calling tomm to see if they have assessed him yet. Thank you all for caring.

Read your comment about your son. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Have you tried militaryonesource.com? Their site has 24 hour counselors available. You also have an option of face-to-face counseling, online counseling, and telephone consultation. It's a great service and it's free to military and their families.
