FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hello, maybe our sons know each other then. It is nice to talk to someone that is in the same group. I will send you a friend request so we can exchange names of our kids. WOW six kids, congrats, I only have two, my son who's in boot camp and his younger brother that is 11, I havent received a real letter yet from mine have you? I did receive the info letter with address and grad date, he did write a few lines at the end of that letter how about yours? we made our reservations for graduation yesterday to be sure it didnt fill up to fast. How are you and the siblings doing? Please stay in touch!

I heard that div 51 & 52 are training together. We are from Joppa, Maryland. Where are you staying for graduation? Hopefully we'll all get to meet. I'm sending you a friend invite so we can exchange names of kids. It will be nice to find out they know each other.

Hi Alice! Welcome! It's nice to hear from someone else in Div 51. Please check out the group PIR 1/21/11. There is a discussion group in that main group specificly for Ship 7 Div 51! It's a small group, but a very nice one! Hope you join us!
