sbeechl,

I see you recently joined the Moms of Daughters 2 group and I want to welcome you!!  I'm glad you found us. So your daughter is in boot camp now? Come join the chat in our group - there is usually someone on every day. We are a friendly, caring group of moms who have daughters in all stages of Navy life - from newbies to those whose daughters have been in for several years - from officer to enlisted!!! We support all our sailor girls and each other as well.  What job will your daughter have after PIR?  We look forward to getting to know you and your sailor!! Again, welcome aboard!!!!

Angie is at Great Lakes for A & C school.  Sorry we didn't cross paths somehow at graduation.  We had a great time, though, and all 7 of us were able to get right in.  We spent Sat. & Sun. with Angie, mostly hanging out at the motel so she could take off her uniform :)  My daughter and I plan to go for a visit next month.  Pensacola should be a fun place.  Does Brittny like it there?  Angie is looking forward to more liberty, getting off base some, and wearing civilian clothes. :)

Nice pics.  I was ill and not able to attend the swearing in but the recruiter emailed pics to me.  I think my daughter, Angela, is your daughter's rackmate.  She told me Brittny.  She is so glad to have someone she can talk to, also.  Perhaps we will meet each other at PIR.  Nice to meet you.  My name is Marcia.

Not sure what a push division but if it gets your daughter done faster that is a good thing in my book. I have my reservations at the Navy Lodge already. He is not the only one counting the days down until his PIR.

My son left the day before your daughter. We are from Garland. I am retired Navy. Texas has some wonderful benefits for their Vets. Maybe they will graduate at the same time. If you have any questions let me know. Virginia
