Yes, that is the best way, although sometimes the SRs in the same division report different dates!  But I have been keeping schedules of BattleStations since early 2010....I post them, after completion, on each PIR group (Battlestations Discussion) so I can go back and check how they went on holiday weekends.  Not guarantee they will do it the same way, but since they go in numerical order (other than 800 and 900 divisions), and there are none on Fri/Sat nights, it is not too hard to figure it out normally.

Sarge confirmed taxi service with Milwaukee, he said to send him my itinerary and then we would discuss the rest. Someone said from MKE it was about $90. That kind of defeats me saving $100 on my flight if I will be paying that twice. 'am now debating flying into ORD, and taking the train system. I may just call him tomorrow and get a better concept before I finalize my booking. Good Luck. Where are you flying from?...Jacks

Addresses at the RTC are within the public domain and some recuters do post the recruit's address on fB, but some of us feel that it is better to post that you have the address and then give it to those who request it or send a PM to friends and family with the address so that you have more control of who gets the address.

Since your SR has a contract for Hospital Corpsman (HM), you will also want to check out Basic Medical Technician Corpsman Program Facebook Page. The Rating Information Card for HM can be found at https://www.cool.navy.mil/enlisted/rating_info_cards/hm.pdf; it indicates 19 weeks, but "A" School is 14 weeks after classing up. Your Sailor will most likely fly out to "A" School the day after PIR. See PIR Day and Liberty During PIR Weekend to help you know how to plan your weekend.

Since you have an SR at the RTC, you can change "Waiting to leave for Boot Camp" above to "Enlisted."

Welcome to Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones). I look forward to sharing this journey with you. What is your future Sailor's rating (job/specialty) going to be? There are groups for most ratings and/or "A" Schools and knowing that will help you to better plan for PIR weekend. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
