Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

I just talked to my husband who is in A school in Pensacola he got to pick orders today and we will be going to Va. He is an Am and will be in the HM-14 Squadron! Does anyone know anything on this??

"I AM A SAILOR" call

Well yesterday I got my call I have been waiting 8 weeks for. I am so happy I could just scream. I am so proud of my husband for all he has done for his new lil family. He must be the strongest person I have ever meet! Now I am packing and getting everything ready for thursday when we fly out to watch him graduate.. 3 days!! I am so excited to meet my new sailor and HAPPY BIRTHDAY

To see his face when he holds our son for the first time Im going to try to not cry for his sake but I don't think I can hold them tears in I have held them in for far to long already. It feels like forever since the last time I saw him or talked to him even though I just talked to him July 4th. well his birthday is tomorrow so Im wishing my sailor and any other sailor out there a happy birthday!!

almost time!

Well we have 2 weeks left till we fly to IL. for his grad. He got to call me on the 4th of july and I was so happy to hear from him we got to talk for 22 mins. which is the longest I have been able to him since he lefted! Then he said he will have another phone call three days before he Grad. Im so excited for him to meet our son...

Ship 13 Div#244

YAY!! just got his Information in the mail today. He wrote like four lines of a letter but it was the best four lines in my life I feel so much better... and can;t wait to get a real letter from him iknow he's really busy but does anyone have an estimate on how long it will take till he is ale to write

I miss Him

Well I am 18 Yrs. old, my husband joined the navy last year on July 15. We found out on Sept 5 I was pregnant his sent off date was July 12 and the baby was due June 10 But when I was 6 months pregnant they changed his ship date to may 18. I Knew it was going to be hard saying goodbye and being alone but I never knew I would have to give birth to our first child without him...I really don't know how to make my days go by I try doing things all day and keeping occupied but I can't stop thing of… Continue
