FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

4 YEARS OF BLESSINGS AND MEMORIES OF BEING A MEMBER OF N4M

Hey all just wanted share a couple of thoughts and a video with you all...

Feb 28, marked 4 years since my first Sailor left for BC.  March 1, 4 years ago N4M was "officially" launched.  March 2, I found N4M, joined and it has been one of the best thing I have ever done.   I remember........Karen Gallagher posting a wonderful welcome on my page....celebrating 1,000 members then later 5,000 members and then when we hit the "big" 10,000 members several of us were guessing what time that…

Thank you

Thanks to my 2 sailors for your service to our country...I am sooooo proud of both of you!! Thanks to all the men and women who currently and have served in all the branches of our military. I especially thank those who given the ulitmate sacrifice with their lives...I owe a debt to them and their families that I can never pay. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!

Navy Sailors participating in today's inauguration events

I would personally like to congratulate all the Navy moms and families who had a son or a daughter that had anything at all to do with todays many events of the Inauguration of our newest President Obama. Nebraska mom gathering!!

The Nebraska Navy moms had a wonderful time...then the trip home was a nightmare... we all drove home in and on ice...thank God we all made it home safely...Hoping for more to come next time but we keep growing every gathering we have!! Thanks Nebraska moms!! Until we meet again in person... see ya on line!!
