OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Parade, Hockey, Talk Shows, oh my! :) "N4M's" takes another bite out of the Big Apple!!

Here we go again!
Monday, October 13th is going to be a PACKED day for N4M's. In the morning, some of our moms will be in audience for Regis and Kelly.

Then, all of us will be meeting up for NYC Columbus Day Parade! We will have our moms and their families walking and waving to thousands! And yes... there will even be some of us on the N4M's float :)

Now, from what I am gathering a few moms will be leaving at the tail end of the parade to pop over to watch the David Letterman Show.

Others will be getting ready to go to the NY Ranger's Hockey Game in Madison Square Garden. The game is at 7pm and they will be playing the New Jersey Devils.

Regis and Letterman will both air on Monday the 13th. Hockey game will also be televised on the 13th (Check your local listings). The Parade will only be on local channels (sorry!) WNBC is the official broadcast partner.

I'm sure if we have time we'll stop at GSC for a few photos :)

I am SO jealous! However, I am at Goose Creek as I write, waiting for our sailor to get out of classes.
(PS David Letterman was our weatherman on the CBS local station in Indianapolis while I was in school. Needless to say, his forecasts always had a touch of the goofies in them!)
