You'll be getting a form letter, after you get the box. I assume you have gotten the "I am here." call already. Here's what the form letter should look like with highlight of things to look for. The most recent PIR groups are listed too. Your PIR group will be forming soon.

If you haven't joined the Boot Camp Moms group, you should do that asap.

Lastly, keep this discussion for your reference. Click on the link, scroll down, you'll see a diagram of the "ships" at bootcamp (ie. the barracks). Watch the videos. They are great.

Good luck. Thank your recruit for us.

My sweet daughter left from Portland on the 14th.  Very hard day.  Today was especially dificult when I received her belongings.  I just keep praying it will get easier.

Hang in there...I'm not going to kid you, it DOSEN'T get easier but you can reach out to others of the ship/DIV and you will discover a bond like no other and you can get through it. If it wasn't for the families of ship11/div067 I'm not sure what I would have done. They will share your lows and highs together. Hugs to you and your families. Do check out he above mentioned websites.

I haven't gotten my son's belongings yet, but I guess it is in the mail. He left on 2/14/12 also.  Anxiously awaitng mailing address.  I have had a couple of tough days, it's good to know others who are there and going through the same thing.
