My son left for boot camp on 03/27.  If you have a family member who left for boot camp on that date, I would love to chat with you.  Thank  you!

Good morning, My son shipped out on 3/27

I am very new here. I hope when you say shipped out, that you mean left for boot camp.:) Some things that I read, I have no clue what a lot of it  means.... My son left for boot camp on 3/27. Did your son leave then, for boot camp?

Oh my, I am so very sorry!  I meant left for boot camp.  Thank you for pointing that out to me. I really should edit that post.  I am like you, new here also, and I am still trying to deal with my son being gone from home, not an excuse for the wording.

My daughter left for boot camp on that same day.  I have received her box but still haven't received the form letter with her address.

I left info for you on your My Page.

BTW, edit your Blog to add a Post Title. When you don't include a title, the NING program automatically puts the first 200 characters of your post in as the title and that gets pretty long. Click "Options" in the upper right, then "Edit Post" and insert a title.

My son left for boot camp on 3/28.  We receiced information yesterday that the graduation date will be May 26. He is in ship 14 Div 162.  This is my second son to join the navy.  My first joined in 2006.  We attended his graduation also.  If you have any questions I'll try to answer them.

Janet, was that info from the recruiter or The Form Letter? If it is from the recruiter, then wait on The Form Letter before sending letters. Check your My Page.

My son also left on 3/28. I got both the box and the form letter on the same day. Looks like he is in the same ship as your son, Janet. :)
