OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

There are a lot of moms out there with a LOTof GREAT things to say and advice to offer, so I say change it up once in awhile and make it interesting!

I love the opinions....
I love that the front page shows "direction" to new moms...but as NAVY moms we panic "sometimes" or we just want to "dicuss" something...but what I have noticed is that the attitude is "why bother" it gets lost! buried among all the other dicussions and blogs!..and that leads to members not meeting members! (which is such a shame-cause I for one have met MY best friends here)...I just believe the site needs to look at some of these blogs and dicussions MORE often and "change it up girls"....change is good! ♥xoxooxoxxoxo
