Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Please note! Changes to this guide happened in October 2017. Tickets are now issued for all guests, and all guests must have a ticket to enter base. A separate parking pass is no longer needed to drive on to base for parking.

do not trust sears to deliver in time for holidays
Just a fyi for all us moms who send our sailors presents through the mail, I went to Sears to buy a gift for my son and they did not have the exact size I was looking for was told could order it right there and ship to him free, Great I thought. Well that was 12 days ago and still no package and Sears will not even tell me when it will be shipped. They have the same product on sale again this week with plenty in stock in the store but have not shipped the one I paid cash for in the store. Was told last night might be 10 more business days but I could go to the store and purchase it there and cancel my order and they will send me a gift card (paid cash but will get gift card to there store as my return) in 5 to 10 business days mailed to me. Do not shop Sears.

tracking number with shipment ? try a another store ask where they ship from
