Feeling very lost without my son. My son left yesterday for boot camp. Is there a page to find out the routine for boot camp? Just so I have an idea what my son is doing. Feeling disconnected not know how to move around this site.
THE MENU BAR. The tabs on the menu bar just underneath the Navy For Moms masthead will take you to different areas of this site.
YOUR STATUS BOX. This is located on the upper right. INBOX, ALERTS, FRIENDS, SETTINGS. You should look at this every time you log on.
REMEMBER THESE TIPS, IT'LL SAVE YOU HOURS OF FRUSTRATION.
My daughter also left on Monday - they may be in the same Division!
Schotzi that would be wonderful if your daughter and my son were in the same Division!! I can't wait to find out all the details. To be able to connect with another mom would just be amazing!! And to know that you have already gone through this wow I feel very blessed for this site. I'm having the hardest time with the "not knowing, not communicating" with my son. But I do know that he was ready for this journey he has begun. Please let me know when you find out your daughters division and I will do the same. :)
My son left on Feb.25th. I got his I'm hear call and his box, but nothing else. Do you know when I can expect another call? When will I know where to send all the letters we have been writing him? I'm new at this and this site helps.
My son's recruiter said to call him in 3 business days after arrival for the address. You might try with the recruiter.
Thanks Loralee...I'll call the recuiter if the form isn't in todays mail!
