Friends come in all sizes...

Your friends will support you....

And respect your creativity for
thinking outside the box...

They'll be there when you need a
shoulder to lean on...

Or a great big hug...

They see beyond the black and
white to discover your true colors...

And accept you as you are...
even when you just wake up in the morning

So make your own kind of music...

Follow your heart wherever it takes you...

And when someone reaches out to you, don't be afraid to love them back...

They may just be a friend for life...

Practice tolerance and patience....

Good friends are hard to find,
harder to leave,
and
impossible to forget!

hhmmm - here is what I think happens!! It says we only have 9,??? members now - but when you go to a new members page - it tells them that they are member number 10,???. I am assuming it is because of those (I don't want to say kicked off or left) - but how about changed their identities and came back as someone else???

When each new member signs up, they are given a number. I don't think the total is updated until the end of the day. I've noticed it's been like that for a long time. So I click on the last member to join and see what her number is.....

If I lived by your walking rules, the only place I would be walking would be around the house! lol

Melody was home over Christmas and we vowed to work out everyday she was here. So I'm going to the club everyday (except Sunday) and doing 30 mintues on the recumbent bike. The club manager is one of Melody and Matt's best friends from high school and he keeps an eye on me. And it's only 6 blocks away. I'm down from a size 20 to a 16. Still a lot more to go, but a least I feel like I've developed some really, really good habits. I can watch other's eat now and not feel the "need" to keep up. That's a huge step for me. I can finally say "no" to food.
How's Wade doing? And you know what I mean....
