OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Just looking to see who's son or daughter is graduating on March 1st in Great Lakes. Wanted to get to know some of the parents out there and would be nice to see some of you there.

So do you think we can bring some of his stuff with us, so he can take back to A school with him?

Sorry I have not been on for a while, been trying to get things planned for the trip, I'm so excited about the trip that I can't sleep at night sometimes. Has anyone else had a phone call from their sailor. We only received two calls total. I was just hoping to get another one this weekend or last weekend.

Well have a good day and I will look back later tonight...
