My daughter is set to grad. bc and I cant get on the site from her letter to see if it is still going to be the same date since she didnt start on time because she was waiting for the rest of her group. Its not until the end of the month. I dont know if I should just go ahead and make my hotel reservations. Also does anybody know if its ok to have 6 people instead of 4 when you check in at the graduation ceremony. Im stressing big time because both sets of grandparents want to be there.

denise, the websites stink for most info but there are ways around them. I was you two weeks ago , my son graduated march 19th. and it was packed. go as early as you can if you want a good seat the check in process takes forever and the lines are long we had to sit on the side lines.don't forget to print off your parking pass b/c you cannot get on the primeises without it .I had to call his recruiter to get another website b/c ours didn't work.i would make the reservations there are alot of hotels but with 1000 sailors graduating every week they fill up fast . if her plans change they will let her call 1 week b/f graduation, which swhould be plenty of time to cancel.
hope this helps,,feel free to ask any questions.
